edit /etc/modprobe.d/aliases

comment this
alias net-pf-10 ivp6
#alias net-pf-10 ivp6

then we put these lines somewhere in the file

alias net-pf-10 ipv6 off
alias net-pf-10 off
alias ivp6 off
